BHS students attended the Blackhawk College Law Enforcement and First Responder Career Fair, where they connected with local law enforcement and first responder agencies to explore career opportunities and learn about the roles and responsibilities within the field.

Students also participated in mini sessions featuring simulations, discussions on how AI is transforming criminal justice, and conversations about the impact of social media on police work. Great real-world learning opportunities for our students!

Over the past week, all Bettendorf 5th graders got a sneak peek at life at Bettendorf Middle School! 🙌

Students visited BMS for a guided tour, where they were welcomed by counselor Mr. Tieso and our incredible 8th Grade WEB Leaders. From a fun BMS trivia game to Q&A time, students learned everything they need to know for next year—including passing time between classes and even which teacher can do the most push-ups 💪

Our WEB Leaders helped show off key spots around the building and made sure every student felt comfortable and excited about the transition.

We can’t wait to officially welcome these future Bulldogs as our newest 6th graders next year!
